长期剧烈的运动训练会引起运动性贫血的发生,运动性贫血的发生机理极其复杂,涉及运动引起血浆容量的改变、红细胞的破坏增加、血红蛋白量的改变及激素代谢、微量元素缺乏等方面。在运动训练中加强运动员饮食中蛋白质、铁、维生素的医务监督,合理补充铁制剂和中草药等对防治运动性贫血有一定效果。
Long-term and vigorous exercise training can lead to the development of sports anemia. The mechanism of sports anemia is extremely complicated. It involves changes in plasma volume caused by exercise, increased destruction of red blood cells, changes in hemoglobin, hormonal metabolism, and lack of trace elements. In athletic training to strengthen athletes diet protein, iron, vitamin medical supervision, reasonable iron supplements and herbs and other prevention and treatment of sports anemia have a certain effect.
