目的对某卷烟厂干冰膨胀烟丝生产线松散器间事故通风系统进行调查,分析存在问题,为事故通风系统的评价提供参考。方法对该厂松散器间的建筑卫生学、设备布局、生产工艺和通风系统进行现场调查,检测排风罩的平均风速及实际风量,根据GB 50019-2015《工业建筑共同通风与空气调节设计规范》评价。结果该事故通风系统的通风换气次数、气流组织形式、风机开关设置及其与报警装置、机械补风系统的连锁等均能满足规范要求;但事故排风系统的排风口与机械补风系统的进风口位于同高度,风口间距14m,无法满足“排风口与机械送风系统的进风口的水平距离不应小于20m、当水平距离不足20m时,排风口应高于进风口,并不得小于6m”的要求,需要整改。结论事故排风应以预防为主,保证安全生产和保障劳动者生命健康安全,建设项目在设计阶段应予以重点考虑。

Conclusion Accident ventilation should be based on prevention, to ensure safety in production and to ensure the health and safety of workers. Construction projects should be given due consideration during the design phase.
