目的:探讨同基原赤、白芍增强小鼠免疫作用的异同并比较其化学成分的相似度,寻求免疫作用的物质基础。方法:腹腔注射环磷酰胺复制免疫低下动物模型,随机分为赤、白芍高、中、低剂量组、空白组、阳性对照组,测定碳粒廓清、迟发型超敏反应、血清溶血素含量以及巨噬细胞吞噬功能;采用HPLC法分析比较起效赤、白芍提取物中的化学成分。结果:赤、白芍给药组与对照组相比,均能显著提高免疫低下模型小鼠免疫器官质量(P<0.05)、极显著增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力(P<0.01)、极显著升高血清溶血素的含量(P<0.01)。此外,HPLC图谱显示本次试验中的赤、白芍起效成分提取物在230nm下具有17个共有峰,相似性为81.29%。结论:同基原赤、白芍化学成分具有相似性,在本次试验中增强小鼠免疫的作用相似,提示其相似的化学成分可能为增强免疫的物质基础。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the similarities and differences of the immunosuppressive effects of Tongji Yuanchuan and Radix Paeoniae Alba in mice and to compare the similarities of their chemical compositions to find out the material basis of immunological effects. Methods: The model of immunosuppressive mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. The animals were randomly divided into high, medium and low dose red and white peony root groups, blank group and positive control group. The carbon clearance, delayed hypersensitivity, serum hemolysin And phagocytosis of macrophages. The chemical composition of the extract of Radix Paeoniae Alba was analyzed by HPLC. Results: Compared with the control group, the immunosuppressive organs of the immunosuppressive model mice significantly increased (P <0.05) and the macrophages phagocytosis ability significantly increased (P <0.01), significantly increased High serum hemolysin content (P <0.01). In addition, the HPLC chromatogram showed that the red and white peony root active ingredient extract in this test had 17 common peaks at 230 nm with a similarity of 81.29%. CONCLUSION: The chemical constituents of Chikungunchi and Radix Paeoniae Alba have similarities. In this experiment, the effect of enhancing immunity in mice is similar, suggesting that similar chemical components may be the material basis for enhancing immunity.
