随着我国社会经济的不断进步,越来越多的企业如雨后春笋般拔地而起。在竞争如此激烈的经济环境下,作为一个企业,人力资源管理是影响企业发展的关键因素,也是企业自身竞争力的主导因素。企业文化是在一定的条件下,企业生产经营和管理活动中所创造的具有该企业特色的精神财富和物质形态。本文就当前的经济形势下,以企业文化与人力资源为培训为基础,探讨两者的关系。
With the continuous social and economic progress in our country, more and more enterprises are springing up. In a highly competitive economy, as an enterprise, human resource management is a key factor that affects the development of an enterprise. It is also the dominant factor of an enterprise’s own competitiveness. Corporate culture is under certain conditions, the production and management activities of enterprises created by the characteristics of the enterprise with the spiritual wealth and material form. This paper, on the current economic situation, based on the corporate culture and human resources training, explores the relationship between the two.
