本文研讨了小振幅脉动压力平均值测量误差产生的机理,依据试验和计算结果指出:连接管道中的气柱振动和液柱式压差计中不等截面液柱的非线性振动是造成平均压力测量误差的主要原因。文中提出了粘性液柱振动的数学模型。并对两种计算压力波的方法进行了评价,进而确定了一种适用于小振幅脉动气流瞬时压力值计算的较为简便的方法。应用上述公式在电子计算机上计算的结果与试验结果得到了较好的吻合。
In this paper, we discuss the mechanism of measurement error of small-amplitude pulsating pressure averaging. According to the test and calculation results, it is pointed out that the non-linear vibration of the column and the liquid column differential pressure gauge in the connecting pipe is the result of the average pressure The main reason for measuring errors. In this paper, a mathematical model of viscous liquid column vibration is proposed. Two kinds of methods to calculate pressure wave were also evaluated, and then a simple and convenient method for calculating the instantaneous pressure of small-amplitude pulsating flow was determined. The results calculated on the computer using the above formula are in good agreement with the experimental results.
