早期修建的拉吊索桥梁,限于当时的认识和技术水平,结构构造不合理,拉吊索锚头、钢丝锈蚀现象普遍。而现有检测手段对它们无法进行简便、直观有效的检查,导致拉索和吊杆的破坏存在极大的偶然性,并已出现桥梁坍塌的严重事故。文章通过对某中承式拱桥吊杆锈蚀的检测,介绍了吊杆钢丝锈蚀的程度和分布规律,提出了吊杆检查和养护的重点。
Early construction of the sling bridge, limited to the understanding and technical level at that time, structural structure is irrational, pull the sling anchor, steel corrosion is widespread. However, existing detection methods can not conduct simple, visual and effective inspection on them, resulting in great accidental destruction of cables and hangers, and serious accidents of collapse of bridges have occurred. This paper introduces the extent and distribution of the corrosion of boom steel wires by detecting the corrosion of suspension rod of a half-through arch bridge, and puts forward the key points of inspection and maintenance of the boom.
