目的测定安康市中心城区德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威5种杀虫剂的抗药性,以便通过抗药性检出水平在全市开展有效、科学的灭蟑工作。方法采用500 ml广口瓶药膜接触法,测定德国小蠊半数击倒时间。结果现场德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威5种杀虫剂的抗性系数分别为3.43、1.93、1.30、4.10、1.40,均为低度抗性。结论安康市中心城区德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威5种杀虫剂尚未产生高度抗性,可以合理轮流使用药物。
Objective To determine the resistance of Blattella germanica to the five insecticides of alpha-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, cypermethrin, dichlorvos and propoxur in downtown Ankang in order to carry out effective and scientific cockroach elimination work in the city through the detection of drug resistance . Methods 500 ml wide-mouth flask membrane contact method was used to determine the half-knock-down time of German cockroaches. Results The resistance coefficients of Blattella germanica to 5 insecticides of cypermethrin, deltamethrin, cypermethrin, dichlorvos and propoxur were 3.43,1.93,1.30,4.10,1.40, respectively, all of which were low resistance. Conclusions The German cockroach in the downtown area of Ankang has not been highly resistant to 5 insecticides of alpha-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, cypermethrin, dichlorvos and propoxur.
