随着机器制造业的发展,孔中心距的测量越来越引起人们的重视。特别是石油、矿机、农机工业的迅速发展,对链条的质量提出了更高的要求。提高链条质量的主要措施之一,是提高链板孔中心距的加工精度,由于链板是大量生产,这对生产单位增加了很大困难。如果对链板孔中心距实行测量后分组,采用分组装配法,便可妥善解决这一问题。为此,石油工业部将孔距测量仪列为攻关项目。我们1982年研制成功的非接触式气动孔距测量仪,于1983年12月石油工业部在大港油田召开了鉴定
