试验选用3.2万尾体质量相近的健康鲤鱼,分为2个处理组,对照组为基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加150 mg/kg的抗菌肽,试验期为42 d。试验结果表明:对照组和试验组的鲤鱼成活率分别为99.2%和99.5%;鲤鱼相对增重率分别为87.05%和100.96%;饵料系数分别为2.01和1.75。可见添加抗菌肽可以提高鲤鱼的生长性能。
The experiment used 3.2000 healthy carps with similar tail body weight and divided them into two treatment groups. The control group was the basal diet. The experimental group added the antibacterial peptide with the dosage of 150 mg / kg to the basal diet for 42 days. The results showed that the carp survival rates of the control group and the experimental group were 99.2% and 99.5% respectively; the relative weight gain of carp were 87.05% and 100.96% respectively; and the feed coefficient was 2.01 and 1.75 respectively. Visible antimicrobial peptides can increase carp’s growth performance.
