准确地预测和设计导向钻具的造斜率是实现导向钻井的关键技术之一。对于弯壳体导向钻具,影响造斜率的主要因素就是钻具的结构参数。借助最小势能原理,用几何法来计算造斜率是相对简单的方法,可以直观地反映出钻具的结构参数与钻具造斜率之间的关系。考虑到结构弯角、近钻头扶正器的长度和井壁间隙对钻具造斜率的影响,本文对应用修正的三点定圆原理计算造斜率的公式进行了修改,提高了计算的精度。本文分析了影响造斜率的重要因素,采用枚举法对导向钻具组合进行了设计。
Accurately forecasting and designing the slope of pilot drilling is one of the key technologies to achieve directional drilling. For curved shell guide drill, the main factor affecting the slope is the structural parameters of the drill. With the principle of the minimum potential energy, it is a relatively simple method to calculate the slope of the slope by the geometric method, which can directly reflect the relationship between the structural parameters of the drilling tool and the slope of the drilling tool. Considering the influence of the structural corner angle, the length of the near-bit centralizer and the clearance of the borehole wall on the slope of the drilling tool, this paper modifies the formula for calculating the slope using the modified three-point rounding principle, and improves the calculation accuracy. In this paper, the important factors affecting the slope making are analyzed, and the ensemble method is used to design the guide hole assembly.
