劳动仲裁文书送达是指劳动人事争议仲裁委员会依照法定方式和程序,将仲裁文书交送给当事人和其他仲裁参与人的行为。《劳动人事争议仲裁办案规则》第二十三条规定,仲裁文书的送达方式,仲裁委员会可以参照民事诉讼关于送达方式的有关规定执行。《民事诉讼法》规定,送达诉讼文书,有直接送达、留置送达、委托送达、邮寄送达、公告送达等。本文列举了涉及劳动争议仲裁送达的几个案例予以管窥。
Delivery of labor arbitration instruments refers to the arbitration committee of labor disputes in accordance with the statutory methods and procedures, the arbitration instruments to the parties and other arbitration participants.
