河北省沧州市高新区小冯庄的19岁女孩张悦,由于用药过敏导致全身皮肤脱落、周身黏膜组织破坏,最终造成泪腺坏死、双目近乎失明。2012年3月19日,张悦将就诊的两家医疗机构起诉至沧州市运河区人民法院,索赔58万多元。经鉴定,张悦为三级伤残。经过一年多的漫长等待,2013年7月4日,张悦的父母终于拿到了一审判决,存在过错的一家个体诊所和一家误诊误治医院按二比八的比例,共赔偿张悦各项损失47万余元。
