This article outlines the metabolism of arachidonic acid (AA). Metabolism of angiotensin Ⅱ (PGI_2) in blood vessel wall and metabolism of platelet AA into hemagglutinin A_2 (TXA_2) .In this paper, we compared the characteristics of both of them and discussed the role of TXA_2 in the pathogenesis of cerebrovascular disease. Nine aspects of anti-TXA2 therapy. The anti-TXA-2 therapy plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease from the viewpoint of patients and biochemistry.
