目的了解2014~2016年丽江市食品风险监测中部分化学污染物状况。方法 2014~2016年在丽江市及辖区各区县超市、农贸市场等采集不同种类食品样本进行了有害元素、食品添加剂及农药残留等项目的检测。结果 2014~2016年丽江市本地食品超标率分别为有害元素5.64%、食品添加剂2.92%、农药残留8.33%。结论丽江市常见食品中部分化学污染物(铅、汞、铝、农药残留等)项目有超标现象,对人体健康造成了威胁,相关部门应加强监管。
Objective To understand the status of some chemical pollutants in food risk monitoring in Lijiang during 2014 ~ 2016. Methods From 2014 to 2016, samples of different types of food were collected from supermarkets, farmers’ markets and other districts and counties in Lijiang City and districts for the detection of harmful elements, food additives and pesticide residues. Results In 2014-2016, the exceeding rates of local food in Lijiang were 5.64% of harmful elements, 2.92% of food additives and 8.33% of pesticide residues respectively. Conclusion Some items of chemical pollutants (lead, mercury, aluminum, pesticide residues, etc.) In common foods in Lijiang City have exceeded the standard and pose a threat to human health. Relevant departments should strengthen their supervision.
