液态金属(锡)冷却法(LMC)定向凝固高温合金对合金铸件有少量锡的污染,为验证,不同锡含量对定向凝固高温合金组织和主要性能的影响,本研究选择在DZ17合金中分别加入<0.001、0.007、0.019、0.038、0.073%Sn。发现,定向凝固合金含有少量的锡(0.073%重量)对合金机械性能相对地来说无有害作用;随着锡含量的增加,中温和高温持久寿命相应降低,但比普通铸造合金持久寿命的降低幅度大为减少;对室温和高温拉伸性能无影响;合金中存在微量锡时,枝晶干、枝晶间、MC、γ+γ’共晶中锡的含量分布均匀,当锡含量增多时,锡在γ+γ’共晶边沿的分布明显增加。
