以新疆伊吾县甜瓜种植户的调研数据为样本,基于随机前沿生产函数模型对其生产技术效率及其影响因素进行分析。结果表明:农户的技术效率为0.157 0~0.972 2,平均技术效率为0.598 6。在影响农户技术效率的各因素中,家庭年总收入、参加技术培训的频率、是否参加合作社和是否有政府补贴对技术效率有显著的正向影响,中度规模的甜瓜种植农户其技术效率显著高于小规模农户。甜瓜种植农户存在显著的技术效率损失,通过提升技术效率,甜瓜产量还有40.14%的提升空间。农户家庭年总收入的增加以及政府的补贴政策促进了技术应用,合作社对社员的技术服务、专业机构的技术培训提升了农户的技术水平,甜瓜的适度规模种植促进了技术效率的提高。
Taking the survey data of melon farmers in Yiwu County of Xinjiang as a sample, the technical efficiency of production and its influencing factors were analyzed based on stochastic frontier production function model. The results showed that the technical efficiency of farmers was 0.157 0 ~ 0.972 2, and the average technical efficiency was 0.598 6. Among the factors that affect the technical efficiency of farmers, the annual total income of families, the frequency of technical training, whether or not they participate in cooperatives and whether there are government subsidies have a significant positive impact on technical efficiency. The technical efficiency of medium-scale melon farmers is significant Higher than small-scale farmers. There is a significant loss of technical efficiency for melon farmers and a 40.14% improvement in melon production by improving technical efficiency. The increase of total annual household income of peasants and government subsidy policies have promoted the application of technology, the technical services of cooperatives to members and the technical training of specialized agencies have promoted the technical level of peasant households. The moderate scale planting of melons has promoted the improvement of technical efficiency.
