用柠檬酸铝溶液于室温下浸泡茫崖或涞源温石棉一小时,观察了两种温石棉致肺泡巨噬细胞酶释放能力的改变。结果表明,未经柠檬酸铝处理的茫崖或涞源温石棉,均可致肺泡巨噬细胞释放乳酸脱氢酶及酸性磷酸酶,该作用存在时间及剂量依赖关系。经柠檬酸铝处理后,两种温石棉致细胞释放两种酶的能力,随柠檬酸铝剂量增加而逐渐降低。表明柠檬酸铝能抑制温石棉对肺泡巨噬细胞的损伤作用。这为预防温石棉的危害提供了重要信息。
Ammonium citrate solution was used to immerse Mangya or Qinyuan chrysotile at room temperature for one hour to observe the change of enzyme release capacity of two kinds of chrysotile-induced alveolar macrophages. The results showed that the calcium citrate without Mangya or chrysotile chrysotile, alveolar macrophages can release lactic dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase, the role of a time-and dose-dependent relationship. The ability of the two chrysotile-induced cells to release both enzymes, after aluminum citrate treatment, decreased with increasing doses of aluminum citrate. Aluminum citrate inhibited the injury of alveolar macrophages by chrysotile. This provides important information for preventing the harm of chrysotile.
