为了完善和推广竖井机械化设备及施工新技术,煤炭部和一机部于1981年6月在山西省太原市召开了竖井掘进机械化设备及施工技术专题座谈会。有关设备制造厂和煤炭建设基地参加了座谈会。会议听取了邯郸、兖州、淮南、丰沛等煤炭建设基地竖井机械化配套情况的汇报,认为机械化配套的竖井施工初步取得了明显的效果,各矿进尺都普遍有所提高。近年来的实践证明,只要坚持机械化配套的发展方向,逐步提高操作技术水平和熟练程度,加强施工管理,就能较快地取得明显的效果。会议对1974年三部竖井机械化会议以来研制的大型抓岩机、伞形钻架、凿井绞车、提升绞车、吊泵等在各单位使用情况和问题进行了检查和讨论,并提出了今后改进意见。
In order to improve and popularize the shaft mechanization equipment and new construction technology, the Ministry of Coal and a machine department held a symposium on shaft excavation mechanization equipment and construction technology in June 1981 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province.
