表扬和批评是学校教育中较常用的辅助性教育手段之一,在思想品德教育中,合理地运用表扬和批评手段,更能取得神奇的功效。表扬是对学生正确的思想行为的肯定和赞许,是表彰先进,树立榜样,鼓励本人,教育集体的有力措施。批评是对学生错误思想行为的针砭和否定,是指出错误,帮助改正,教育个人和集体的措施。运用表扬和批评手段针对学生的某一思想行为对学生进行思想品德教育只要运用得恰当,对学生个人和集体都有很大的教育和鞭策作用。当然,如果使用不当,不但收不到预期的教育效果,反而会造成学生的反感情绪。为此,笔者认为教师在运用表扬和批评时应注意以下几点。
Praise and criticism are one of the more commonly used supplementary education methods in school education. In ideological and moral education, the use of praise and criticism can be used to achieve more magical results. Praise is the affirmation and approval of students’ correct thoughts and actions. It is a powerful measure for commending advancement, setting an example, encouraging others, and educating the collective. Criticism is the pinnacle and negation of students’ erroneous thoughts and actions. It is a measure of pointing out mistakes, helping to correct them, and educating individuals and groups. The use of praise and criticism means to ideological and moral education for students of a certain ideological behavior as long as it is properly applied, has great education and stimulating effect on students’ individual and collective. Of course, if it is used improperly, it will not only fail to receive the expected educational results, but will also cause students to feel disgusted. For this reason, I believe that teachers should pay attention to the following points when using praise and criticism.
