时下,不少省市中考将思想品德学科列为考查科目,退出了传统意义上的中考。究其原因:一是强调思想品德不是考出来的,不需要通过考试方式来检验;二是这样做有利于减轻学生负担,能使品德教育落到实处。笔者对此不敢苟同,认为思想品德退出中考应当缓行。思想品德退出中考弱化了德育功效。思想品德课程是一门以初中学生生活为基础、以引导和促进初中学生思想品德发展为根本目的的综合性课程。显然,这门课程肩负着巨大的德育功效。但在现实中,不少学校秉承质量就是升学率、素质就是高分数等错
Nowadays, many provinces and cities senior high school entrance examination will ideological and moral subjects as test subjects, quit the traditional sense of the senior high school entrance examination. The reason: First, emphasize the ideological and moral is not tested, do not need to test the way through the test; second is to do so will help reduce the burden on students, moral education can be implemented. I do not agree with this, that the ideological and moral withdrawal from the test should be moderated. Ideological virtue to withdraw from the exam weaken the effectiveness of moral education. Ideological and moral course is a comprehensive course based on the life of junior high school students and guiding and promoting the development of junior high school students’ ideological and moral character. Obviously, this course has a huge moral effect. However, in reality, many schools uphold the quality is the enrollment rate, quality is the high score and so on
