解决农村人畜饮水困难是广大群众的迫切要求,是关系到群众脱贫致富,改善生产生活条件和社会稳定的大事。农村人畜饮水工程建设质量和运行管理的好坏,直接关系到群众的切身利益,关系到党和政府的形象。
The solution to the problem of drinking water for people and livestock in rural areas is an urgent requirement of the broad masses of the people and a major event that has an impact on the people’s ability to get out of poverty and improve production and living conditions and social stability. The quality of rural drinking water project construction and operation of the management of good or bad, is directly related to the vital interests of the people, related to the image of the party and the government.
