现代世界经济是市场和政府调节的混合体 ,并且随着世界各国 (地区 )经济的发展 ,政府干预的方式和强度都在不断发生变化。本文从分析政府干预经济的目标和一般手段入手 ,以正处于经济转型、市场发育尚不健全的中国为例 ,不仅论述了政府干预经济的必要性 ,而且从控制经济发展速度、推进产业结构的战略性调整、实现产业布局的合理平衡三方面进一步论述了政府行为对产业布局的具体影响。
The modern world economy is a mixture of market and government regulation, and with the economic development of all countries (regions) in the world, the manner and intensity of government intervention are constantly changing. This article starts from the analysis of the government’s goal of intervention in the economy and general measures. Taking China, which is in the process of economic restructuring and market development, as an example, this paper not only discusses the necessity of government intervention in economy, but also analyzes the necessity of government intervention in economy, Strategic adjustment, to achieve a reasonable balance of industrial layout further discusses the three aspects of the government’s specific impact on the layout of the industry.
