一、贯彻党的十四届三中全会精神,更好地完成清产核资工作任务历史的经验证明,改革也好,管理也好,首先都必须做到心中有数,家底清楚。只有情况明了,才能制定出正确的政策和策略,才能达到有量化概念的新的管理层次。因此,清产核资工作是深化经济改革和加强经济管理的一项重要的基础性工作,对实现改革与发展的目标具有重要的作用。我们必须紧紧抓住这样两条主线,全面理解和把握十四届三中全会《决定》对清产核资工作的要求。(一)要充分认识清产核资对建立社会主义市场经济体制的重要作用。《决定》指出,要“有步骤地清产核资,界定产权,清

The ”Decision“ pointed out that it is necessary to ”systematically clean up capital verification, define property rights and clear up."
