目的 研究硒对砷毒性的拮抗作用。方法 建立大鼠砷中毒模型及硒砷联合染毒模型 ,测定大鼠血砷含量、血细胞计数及血液生化指标 ,对主要脏器进行病理组织学检查。结果 硒砷联合染毒组的大鼠血砷含量明显低于砷中毒组 ;当硒剂量达 10 0 μg/kg·bw时 ,对砷中毒导致的红细胞数下降、血红蛋白含量降低、血液巯基总量下降、脾肿大、肺、肝、肾等组织的病理学改变具有一定的保护作用。结论 硒可以促使砷从血液中排出 ,对砷毒性具有一定的拮抗作用
Objective To study the antagonism of selenium to arsenic toxicity. Methods Arsenic poisoning model and selenium-arsenic combined treatment model were established. Arsenic levels, hemocytometer and blood biochemistry indexes were determined in rats. Histopathological examination was performed on major organs. Results Compared with the arsenic poisoning group, the arsenic concentration in the selenium-arsenic-exposed group was significantly lower than that in the arsenic poisoning group. When the selenium dose was 100 μg / kg · bw, the number of red blood cells, the hemoglobin content, Decline, splenomegaly, lung, liver, kidney and other pathological changes have a protective effect. Conclusion Selenium can promote the excretion of arsenic from the blood and has a certain antagonism on arsenic toxicity
