电力系统信息安全是一项涉及电力企业生产、经营和管理全过程的复杂的大型系统工程。《辽宁电力系统信息安全示范工程》是国家科技部“十五”期间信息安全领域重点科技攻关项目。在“十一五”的开局之年,回眸“十五”期间多次获奖的这一知名工程,是“过去是未来的序言”这句话的又一体现。系统地归纳和总结,是为了在更高层次上争取信息化新目标的更好实现。
