目的探讨 VIP 族神经肽PACAP 对胆囊运动的影响。方法将豚鼠胆囊制备成1.2mm×10mm 的平滑肌条标本4条,固定在组织浴槽中,并连接等张换能器。以 pH7.4的 Krebs-Ringer缓冲液灌流,温度37℃,并通与95% O_2和5% CO_2。胆囊条对神经肽的效应,用ACh 作标准化处理。结果 VIP 对胆囊条有浓度依赖性的舒张作用;PACAP 则呈现出浓度依赖性收缩反应,PACAP38的作用弱于 PACAP27。结论 PACAP 和 VIP 在对离体胆囊运动的作用方面,呈相反的效应。
Objective To investigate the effect of VIP family neuropeptide PACAP on gallbladder movement. Methods The guinea pig gallbladder was prepared into 4 strips of 1.2 mm × 10 mm smooth muscle strips, fixed in the tissue bath, and connected with isotonic transducers. Perfused with Krebs-Ringer buffer pH7.4 at 37 ° C, and passed through with 95% O_2 and 5% CO_2. The effects of GG on neuropeptides were normalized with ACh. Results VIP in a concentration-dependent relaxation of the gallbladder strip; PACAP showed a concentration-dependent contraction response, PACAP38 role is weaker than PACAP27. Conclusions PACAP and VIP exert the opposite effect on the effect of isolated gallbladder movement.
