目的:讨论负压封闭引流技术、药物冲洗联合治疗颌面颈部间隙感染的效果。方法:以我院在2014年3月-2017年4月收治的40例颌面颈部间隙感染患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例,对照组使用常规的切开引流,局部给药的方式进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加入负压封闭引流技术进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组之间存在显著差异,p<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:使用负压封闭引流技术、药物冲洗联合治疗颌面颈部间隙感染,有很好的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To discuss the effect of negative pressure closed drainage and drug flushing in the treatment of maxillofacial and cervical space infection.
