本文全面分析了影响长管法喷油规律波形精度的各种因素,计算了一定测量条件下的波形误差,提出了提高波形测量精度的途径。对喷油规律波形进行模拟谐量分析的结果表明,为使波形动态测量误差小于1%,测量仪器的通频带至少应包含喷油规律波形的200次谐波。
In this paper, the various factors that affect the accuracy of the waveform of fuel injection by the long tube method are comprehensively analyzed. The error of the waveform under certain measurement conditions is calculated and the ways of improving the accuracy of the waveform measurement are proposed. The results of simulative harmonic analysis on the waveform of fuel injection law show that the pass band of the measuring instrument should at least contain the 200th harmonic of the fuel injection law waveform in order to make the dynamic measurement error less than 1%.
