窄煤柱沿空掘巷是提高煤炭采出率的有效方法之一,本文通过数值计算方法,研究了沿空掘巷不同煤柱宽度和巷道支护强度时煤柱的应力场和位移场,提出沿空掘巷小煤柱的合理宽度的留设方法。研究结果表明:巷道掘进期间,煤柱较窄时,煤柱内中心位置承受的最大垂直应力随煤柱宽度增加变化较大,当煤柱宽度达到5 m后,增大煤柱宽度,最大垂直应力变化已不明显,平均应力有所降低;采动影响阶段,煤柱内中心位置承受的最大垂直应力随煤柱宽度增大而提高;当煤柱宽度在3~7 m时,高支护强度对控制围岩变形效果更好。建议沿空掘巷煤柱的合理宽度留设标准:软煤5~7 m,硬煤3~5 m。将本成果应用于现场实践,取得了良好的技术经济效果,具有很好的应用推广价值。
In this paper, numerical calculation method is used to study the stress field and displacement field of coal pillar under the different pillar width and roadway supporting strength, Propose a reasonable width of the small pillar of roadway along the retaining method. The results show that when the coal pillar is narrow, the maximum vertical stress to the center of the coal pillar varies greatly with the increase of coal pillar width. When the width of coal pillar reaches 5 m, the width of pillar, the maximum vertical The change of stress is not obvious, and the average stress is decreased. During the mining influence stage, the maximum vertical stress to the center of coal pillar increases with the width of coal pillar. When the width of coal pillar is 3 ~ 7 m, Strength of the surrounding rock deformation control effect better. It is suggested that the reasonable width of coal pillar along gob-side entry should be set aside: soft coal 5 ~ 7 m and hard coal 3 ~ 5 m. The results apply to the site practice, achieved good technical and economic results, with good application of promotional value.
