云南锡业公司(简称云锡)是目前国内肺癌高发企业。据流行病学调查,90%的肺癌患者有井下作业史,且坑龄越长肺癌发生率越高。云锡主要开采氧化矿、硫化矿。矿石中平均含砷量为1~2%,最高可达30%以上。据1972~1981年井下测定,年平均氡浓度为4.82Bq/L,少数测点高达110Bq/L以上。坑下含砷矿尘和氡子体的存在被认为是造成肺癌高发的两个重要致癌因子。为此,我们开展大白鼠分别气管灌注不同含砷矿尘和氡加尘的对比研究。
Yunnan Tin Company (hereinafter referred to as Yunxi) is currently a high-risk enterprise for lung cancer in China. According to epidemiological survey, 90% of lung cancer patients have a history of downhole operations, and the longer the pit age, the higher the incidence of lung cancer. Yunxi mainly mines oxidized ore and sulfide ores. The average arsenic content in the ore is 1 to 2%, and the highest arsenic content is 30% or more. According to the downhole measurement from 1972 to 1981, the average annual radon concentration was 4.82 Bq/L, and a few measurement points were as high as 110 Bq/L or more. The presence of arsenic-containing dust and radon seeds under the pit is considered to be the two most important carcinogenic factors causing high lung cancer. For this purpose, we conducted a comparative study of tracheal perfusion of different arsenic-containing dusts and thorium dust.
