On November 29, 2010, the opening ceremony of the Shaanxi Coal Trading Center was held ceremoniously in Xi’an. This indicates that China’s coal market reform has made substantial progress in the main producing areas of Northwest China. It is necessary to build a first-class modernized coal trading market in China and promote the coordination of related industries such as coal, coal chemical industry, logistics and finance in Shaanxi and Northwest China
