烟草黑胫病菌0号生理小种不同条件下培养特性的研究

研究了烟草黑胫病菌0号生理小种的若干培养性状,为进一步展开与之相关的研究和综合防治提供理论基础。用培养基、光照、菌龄、诱导剂和诱导时间等不同因素研究了对烟草黑胫病菌0号生理小种的生长速度、产孢量和游动孢子释放量等方面的影响。结果表明,燕麦培养基较适于其生长和产生孢子囊,光照限制其生长;在本实验周期内,培养21 d的菌丝较适宜诱导,0.1%KNO3溶液浸泡菌丝有助于孢子囊的产生;经26℃培养72 h后,突降12℃处理0.5 h,结合1%葡萄糖溶液可促使孢子囊释放游动孢子,并延长后者的活动时间。 Several culture traits of Physioiospora crassa 0 race were studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for further research and comprehensive prevention and control. The effects of culture medium, light, age, inducer and induction time on the growth rate, sporulation and zoospore release of Physioiospora crassa 0 were studied.
