规范和完善农村财务管理是建设社会主义新农村,推进管理民主的重要内容。而农村会计队伍的综合素养、持续稳定及其管理的整体水平在一定程度上影响了农村财务管理的健全和规范。我们借村组织换届之机,通过各种渠道对农村会计人员的现状进行深入调研。现就调研中掌握的有关农村会计人员概况、管理中存在的问题以及如何进一步加强管理的对策建议等几方面进行论述。
To standardize and perfect rural financial management is an important part of building a new socialist countryside and promoting the management of democracy. The overall quality of rural accounting team, sustained and stable and the overall level of its management to a certain extent, affected the soundness and standardization of rural financial management. We take the opportunity of changing the village organizations to conduct in-depth research on the current situation of rural accountants through various channels. Now on the survey to grasp the general situation of rural accounting personnel, management problems and how to further strengthen the management of countermeasures and suggestions are discussed.
