The aim of this study was to determine the psychophysiological effects of stairs on the metabolic function of cerebrovascular disease (CVA) and healthy people, and to provide therapists with knowledge of psychophysiological responses to the activity of elderly people with hemiparesis. Materials and Methods Nine patients with cerebrovascular disease (CVA group, 3 males and 6 females) and 12 healthy people (healthy group, 4 males and 8 females) were enrolled.
