目的观察中药复方心肌康对原发性高血压左室肥厚(EH-LVH)大鼠左室功能的影响。方法采用14同龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)。检测14周龄SHR、28周龄自然病程SHR以及经中药复方治疗的SHR的血压(BP)、左室重/体重(LVM/BW)、左室壁相对厚度(LVWT)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)以及左室发展压(LVDP)等的变化。结果 14周龄SHR已形成LVH,SHR-LVH大鼠左室舒张末压显著升高(P<0.01),左室发展压显著降低(P<0.01),而中药复方则能明显改善SHR-LVH大鼠左室舒张功能和左室收缩性能,提高左室顺应性,降低左室的僵硬度。结论中药复方对SHR-LVH大鼠左室功能具有一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound Xinmikang on left ventricular function of left ventricular hypertrophy (EH-LVH) in rats with essential hypertension. Methods 14 spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) were used. Blood pressure (BP), left ventricular mass/weight (LVM/BW), left ventricular relative thickness (LVWT), and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure were measured in 14-week-old SHR, 28-week-old natural course SHR, and Chinese herbal compound-treated SHR. (LVEDP) and left ventricular development pressure (LVDP) changes. Results LVH was established in SHR at the age of 14 weeks, and the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure was significantly increased in SHR-LVH rats (P<0.01), and the left ventricular development pressure was significantly decreased (P<0.01). The traditional Chinese medicine compound can significantly improve SHR-LVH. Left ventricular diastolic function and left ventricular systolic performance improved left ventricular compliance and decreased left ventricular stiffness. Conclusion Chinese herbal compound has a certain protective effect on left ventricular function in SHR-LVH rats.
