西德铁路有关厂修的若干规定厂修期限:机车进行厂修的期限为四年。但按照铁路建筑及运营规程规定,可以延长到六年,因为这一期限并不总是符合于机车实际磨损情况。为经济地使用机车,所以又可由管理部门根据铁路建筑及运营规程按照走行公里极限值来具体规定厂修期限。因此,机车和其主要部件都有两个规定的极限值。只要达到一个极限值,即使另一个极限值还没有达到,也必须进行修理。
