随着我国对教育投入以及高等院校的扩招,有限的教育资源已经无法满足现在要求。因此学校的建设工程十分普遍。而在建设工程的管理过程中其造价管理占到一定的比例。在一定程度上决定了建设管理施工管理的水平以及建筑质量,同时保障资金的使用安全。在实际的造价管理过程中存在诸如过多的行政干扰、成本控制意识不足、造价管理体系不健全等问题。对校园的建筑施工成本造成了一定的危害。本文基于这一背景在分析了校园建设工程造价的构成与管理特点的基础之上对目前这领域的管理现状进行研究与评价。最终提出了基于全程控制理论的造价控制体系。希望为今后的校园建设工程管理提供理论基础与实践指导。
With China’s investment in education and enrollment expansion in higher education institutions, limited educational resources have been unable to meet the current requirements. Therefore, the construction of the school is very common. In the process of construction management cost management accounted for a certain proportion. To a certain extent, it determines the level of construction management and construction management and the quality of construction while ensuring the safe use of funds. In the actual process of cost management, there are problems such as excessive administrative interference, lack of awareness of cost control and unsound cost management system. The construction cost of the campus caused some harm. Based on this background, based on the analysis of the composition and management features of campus construction cost, this paper studies and evaluates the present situation of management in this field. Finally, it puts forward the cost control system based on the whole control theory. Hope for future campus construction project management to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance.
