实行中医医院分级管理是从我国中医药工作的现实情况出发,是中医医院管理体制的一项重大改革,是“八五”期间和今后更长时期中医医院工作的中心任务。对于进一步提高中医药服务质量,合理利用中医药资源,改善和加强中医院的科学管理,突出中医特色,调动社会各方面积极性,支持中医事业的发展具有重要意义。 1991年全国中医医院分级管理工作会议确定山东省为全国13个中医医院分级管理试点省、市之一。我省制定了中医院分级管理试评方案,成立了试评工作评审委员会,举办了中医院分级管理学习班,
The implementation of hierarchical management of TCM hospitals is based on the reality of TCM work in China and is a major reform of TCM hospital management system. It is the central task of TCM hospitals during the period of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” and in the future. It is of great significance to further improve the quality of Chinese medicine services, make rational use of Chinese medicine resources, improve and strengthen the scientific management of Chinese hospitals, highlight the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, mobilize the polarity of all areas of society, and support the development of Chinese medicine. In 1991, the National Classification and Management Conference of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals determined that Shandong Province is one of the 13 provinces and cities for the management of the classification of 13 Chinese medicine hospitals. Our province has formulated a trial management program for the classification management of Chinese medicine hospitals, set up a review committee for evaluation of the assessment work, and organized a graduate management study class for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
