研究了在不同培养基成分和同一培养基成分中香菇、茶薪菇和金针菇对Fe、Zn、Se的富集作用。结果显示:培养基成分、微量元素浓度和食用菌菌株会影响食用菌的生物富集作用。提高培养基中蛋白质、脂肪和Fe、Zn、Se的浓度,有利于食用菌对Fe、Zn、Se的富集。在这3株食用菌中香菇富集Fe、Zn能力最强,金针菇富集Se的能力最强。较高浓度的Fe、Zn、Se盐能促进香菇菌丝的生长。
The enrichment of Fe, Zn and Se by mushrooms, Agrocybe aegams and Flammulina velutipes in different media and the same media was studied. The results showed that the composition of medium, concentration of trace elements and edible fungi strains would affect the bioaccumulation of edible fungi. Increasing the concentration of protein, fat and Fe, Zn and Se in the medium is beneficial to the enrichment of Fe, Zn and Se by the edible fungus. Among the three edible fungi, mushrooms were the most abundant in Fe and Zn, while Flammulina velutipes had the strongest ability to enrich Se. Higher concentration of Fe, Zn, Se salt can promote the growth of mushroom mycelium.
