目的:观察言语训练结合电针治疗脑瘫伴言语障碍的疗效。方法:选择40例言语障碍的脑瘫患儿,将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组20例。治疗组采用言语训练结合电针治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗,每日治疗1次,20次为一疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:与治疗前比较,2组的临床疗效都有一定程度的改善,且治疗组评分明显高于对照组。结论:对言语障碍的脑瘫患儿进行言语训练结合电针治疗,能明显的提高患儿的言语功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of speech training combined with electroacupuncture on cerebral palsy with speech impairment. Methods: Forty cerebral palsy children with speech impairment were selected and divided into treatment group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The treatment group received verbal training combined with electroacupuncture. The control group received simple electroacupuncture treatment once daily and 20 times as a course of treatment for a total of 3 courses of treatment. Results: Compared with those before treatment, the clinical curative effect in both groups improved to a certain extent, and the score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Speech dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy training combined with electro-acupuncture treatment can significantly improve children’s speech function.
