工业结构的升级是各经济体实现新型工业化的必经之路。对于传统产业所占比重大,产品技术结构、工艺技术结构层次低的云南省而言,其工业结构升级的关键在于高新技术产业的发展,因而充分认识高新技术产业化在云南省工业结构升级中的特殊作用,已成为加快推进云南走新型工业化道路的重大课题。本文首先从理论上探讨高新技术产业化对工业结构升级的促进机制,进而从多个角度实证分析高新技术产业化对云南工业结构升级的重要作用。
The upgrading of industrial structure is the only way for economies to realize a new type of industrialization. As for the proportion of traditional industries in Yunnan Province, the technological structure of products and the low level of technology structure in Yunnan Province, the key to upgrading the industrial structure lies in the development of high-tech industries. Therefore, fully understanding the industrialization of high-tech industries in the upgrading of industrial structure in Yunnan Province Has become a major issue for accelerating the road to Yunnan’s new-type industrialization. In this paper, we firstly discuss the promotion mechanism of high-tech industrialization on the upgrade of industrial structure theoretically, and then make an empirical analysis of the important role of high-tech industrialization on the upgrading of Yunnan’s industrial structure from multiple perspectives.
