文章概述了天津中板厂板坯加热炉回路控制和数学模型优化控制系统。在回路控制中,针对重油油质较差的特点,除采用常规控制方法外开发了阀位控制法。控制数学模型主要包括:(1)用动点加热——定点跟踪法计算板坯动态温度场;(2)将热电偶引入到段法模型的能量方程,通过离线分析确定了炉内总括热吸收率的动态补偿算法;(3)研制了两种炉温决策算法,即带宽决策法和上限限制法。
The paper summarizes the loop control and mathematic model optimization control system of slab heating furnace in Tianjin Medium Plate Plant. In the loop control, for the poor quality of heavy oil, in addition to the use of conventional control methods developed outside the valve position control method.
