中小化工企业受资金和规模的制约,往往技术水平不高,生产设备落后,生产工艺和生产能力不理想,随之而来的是污染物排放、能耗等技术指标不达标,容易成为淘汰的目标。要彻底解决这些问题,可以加大投入,改变落后生产面貌。但是,短期内增加大幅投入,对于资金原本就捉襟见肘的中小企业而言还不大现实。
Small and medium-sized chemical enterprises are often constrained by capital and scale, often with low technical level, backward production equipment, unsatisfactory production technology and production capacity, followed by pollutant discharge, energy consumption and other technical indicators failing to be easily eliminated aims. To completely solve these problems, we can increase investment and change the backward production landscape. However, increasing the large-scale investment in the short term is not yet realistic for the small and medium-sized enterprises that have otherwise stretched their funds.
