[目的]了解江门市食物中毒的发生情况、流行原因和规律,以便有针对性地制订防控措施。[方法]对2001~2007年江门市食物中毒资料进行分析。[结果]2001~2007年合计发生食物中毒114起、中毒1 906人,全人口年均发生率为6.88/10万;死亡9例,病死率为0.47%。114起食物中毒中,细菌性食物中毒50起、中毒1 068人,分别占总起数的43.85%和中毒总人数的56.03%;化学性食物中毒分别占29.82%和20.82%;植物性食物中毒分别占21.05%和20.46%。发生在集体食堂的分别占总起数和总例数的40.29%和42.55%。9例死亡者中,河豚鱼、蟾蜍中毒各4例,误食毒鼠强污染死猪肉1例。[结论]江门市食物中毒以细菌性食物中毒和集体食堂发生的最高,以进食或误食有毒动物肉类为主要死因。
[Objective] To understand the incidence of food poisoning in Jiangmen City, causes and laws of epidemics, in order to formulate prevention and control measures in a targeted manner. [Method] The data of food poisoning in Jiangmen from 2001 to 2007 were analyzed. [Result] A total of 114 food poisoning cases and 1 906 cases of poisoning occurred between 2001 and 2007 with an average annual incidence of 6.88 / 100 000; 9 died and the case fatality rate was 0.47%. Among 114 food poisoning cases, 50 were bacterial food poisoning and 1 068 were poisoned, accounting for 43.85% of the total number and 56.03% of the total number of people poisoning respectively; chemical food poisonings accounted for 29.82% and 20.82% respectively; Accounting for 21.05% and 20.46% respectively. Occurred in the collective canteens accounted for 40.29% and 42.55% of the total number of cases and the total number of cases. Of the 9 deaths, 4 were puffer fish and toad poisoning, and 1 was contaminated with live-poisoned rats. [Conclusion] The highest incidence of food poisoning and collective canteens was caused by food poisoning in Jiangmen City. The main cause of death was eating or eating poisonous animal meat.
