血葡萄糖浓度在1.1～11mmol/L范围内与其发光强度成线性关系,检测限为0.14mmol/L。方法的回收率为97.8～99.3％,变异系数2.2～3.5％。用鲁米诺化学发光法测定血糖仅需0.1ml样品,本法可应用于临床分析和研究,具有快速灵敏和特异性高的优点。
Blood glucose concentration in the range of 1.1 ~ 11mmol / L and its luminous intensity of a linear relationship with a detection limit of 0.14mmol / L. The recovery rate of the method was 97.8 ~ 99.3% and the coefficient of variation was 2.2 ~ 3.5%. With luminol chemiluminescence method for the determination of blood sugar only 0.1ml sample, the method can be applied to clinical analysis and research, with the advantages of rapid sensitivity and specificity.
