我国已进入经济区加速向前推进阶段,不仅跨省市的多个大经济区在规划指导下,正在向成熟阶段过渡,而且部分省域内的经济区,更是朝着一体化方向迈进。成都平原经济区作为中西部省域内最大的经济区之一,如何借助区域经济联系日益密切的历史背景,借助国家支持经济区建设的战略机遇,加快推进一体化进程,走在经济区建设的前沿,关系到成渝经济区和城市群建设能否取得突破,关系到四川经济能否形成新的动力。
