新课程实施以来,后进生还是大量存在,不能从根本上得以转化,从而不得不引起我们班主任的思索。本文从后进生学习的现状,学习心态的分析和转化的对策,略谈一些我粗浅的看法。
Since the implementation of the new curriculum, post-graduation students still exist in large numbers and can not be fundamentally transformed, thus having to arouse the thinking of our class teacher.
