随着我国经济的快速发展,我国政府也制定了一系列的绩效评估指标。因为绩效的评估是一种目前比较先进的对于政府管理的技术与工具,并且能够显著提高政府的工作效率,能够大力推动我国政府工作的开展。但是,在我国政府的评估体系中,最主要的问题就是绩效指挥的设置,它决定了我国政府的主要工作内容与需要努力的方向。因此,我国政府应该加大对于绩效评估体系与评估指标的设计,从而推进我国的政府绩效评估工作与建设,从根本上提高我国政府的工作能力与办事效率。
With the rapid economic development in our country, our government has also formulated a series of performance evaluation indicators. Because the performance appraisal is a kind of present-day advanced technology and tools for government management, and can significantly improve the efficiency of government work, can vigorously promote the work of our government. However, the most important issue in the assessment system of our government is the setting of performance commanders, which determines the main contents of the government and the direction in which efforts are needed. Therefore, our government should increase the design of performance appraisal system and evaluation index so as to promote our country’s government performance appraisal work and construction, and fundamentally improve our government’s working ability and efficiency.
