目的 :确定同仁乌鸡白凤丸与消栓再造丸可用于鉴别的红外指纹图谱。方法 :对大蜜丸剂采用统一的提取方法 ,对每一个样品都依次用正己烷、乙醚和丁酮提取并测试其提取物的红外指纹图谱。结果 :2 5批同仁乌鸡白凤丸与 31批消栓再造丸的样品分别具有独特而稳定的红外指纹图谱。结论 :经过数据平均后的同仁乌鸡白凤丸与消栓再造丸的红外指纹图谱可以作为其质量控制和真伪鉴别的根据
Objective : To determine the infrared fingerprints of Tongren Wuji Baifeng Pills and Xiaoshuan Zaizao Pills for identification. Methods : A unified extraction method was adopted for Da Mi Pills. For each sample, the infrared fingerprints of the extracts were extracted and tested with hexane, diethyl ether and butanone in turn. Results : The samples of 25 batches of Tongren Wuji Baifeng Pills and 31 batches of Xiaozheng Zaizao pills had unique and stable infrared fingerprints. Conclusion : The infrared fingerprints of Tongren Wuji Baifeng Pills and Xiaoshuan Zaizao Pills after the average of the data can be used as the basis for quality control and authentication.
