目的为提高本区中小学的学生身体健康,更好完成学业,我们对辖区中、小学食堂卫生状况进行较全面调查。方法选择11家学校食堂为调查对象。结合综合办证、卫生管理、采样监测进行调查分析。结果从一般食品卫生学调查到购、储、加工、销售等环节存在一些卫生问题。食具监测总合格率为80.3%。结论食堂存在的卫生问题及肠道污染后管理不当,是食源性疾病的最大隐患。需加强监测和监督力度。
Purpose To improve the health of primary and secondary school students in this area and finish their studies better, we conducted a more comprehensive survey of the health conditions of primary and secondary school canteens. Methods Eleven school canteens were selected as survey subjects. Combined with a comprehensive certificate, health management, sampling and monitoring investigation and analysis. Results from the general food hygiene survey to purchase, storage, processing, marketing and other sectors there are some health problems. The total qualified rate of utensils monitoring was 80.3%. Conclusion The health problems in the canteens and improper management after intestinal pollution are the major hidden dangers of foodborne diseases. Need to strengthen the monitoring and supervision.
